Skid-mounted/Slip-ins
Our unique skid-mounted/slip-in water tanker system allows you to use an existing tipper truck body as a water tanker! If you already own a tipper truck and need a water tanker, why purchase another complete truck?
The AJ Stock Slip-in system is quick and easy to use using a unique adjustable leg system requiring only single man operation and takes approx five minutes to load/off load the tank system at either the depot or in the field. Once off-loaded the tank can be safely stored on its legs until it is required for use again.
The Slip-in tanks can be configured in various sizes from 3000 litres up to 10,500 litres on a tandem axle tipper and are available in various configurations to suit a variety of applications including air operated valve controls controlled from the drivers cab for convenience and ease of use. Most customers use our Slip-in (or Skid-mounted) system for:
- Road making
- Parks & gardens tree watering
- Fire fighting
- Water cartage
